            <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>One of the things that tends to separate efficient teams from overwhelmed ones is having good starting points, not having to rebuild the same project structure from scratch every time a familiar brief lands on your desk.</p><p>Project Templates in Nexus let you take a completed project and convert it into a reusable structure: same categories, same to-do items, same allocations, just with the progress reset to zero.</p><p>But templates are only as useful as the thinking that goes into them. So we are curious:</p><ul><li><p>Do you use templates for every project type, or only for very specific repeat work?</p></li><li><p>How detailed do you go? broad strokes, or down to individual task items?</p></li><li><p>Have you found a naming convention or folder structure that keeps them manageable as you accumulate more?</p></li></ul><p>If you haven't tried them yet, that's worth knowing too.             <content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In <strong>Classic</strong>, all Projects and Items were either Active, Completed or Deleted.</p><p>In <strong>Nexus</strong>, we have implemented <strong><em>Workstages</em></strong> to address the need for processes within the Active, Completed, or Deleted stages.</p><figure data-align="center" data-size="half" data-id="7tR7IovPJs5Voblsq0bmc" data-version="v2" data-type="image"><img data-id="7tR7IovPJs5Voblsq0bmc" src="https://tribe-s3-production.imgix.net/7tR7IovPJs5Voblsq0bmc?auto=compress,format"></figure><p></p><p>This means that when your Project/Item is Active, it can be Pending, On Hold, In Progress, Feedback Required, etc.</p><p>When a Project/Item is Completed, it can be Completed, Cancelled or even Ready to Invoice.</p><p>Equally, when a Project/Item is deleted, you can still give it different stages, such as Archived or Deleted.</p><p>You can add as many stages as you need in your Work Stages settings, and this will be very handy when you want to filter views by Workstages, or when you want to see how the project/item has progressed over time in the work history of your Project or Item.</p><figure data-align="center" data-size="half" data-id="zAQZvHkRwJqfRrzhAN4Hn" data-version="v2" data-type="image"><img data-id="zAQZvHkRwJqfRrzhAN4Hn" src="https://tribe-s3-production.imgix.net/zAQZvHkRwJqfRrzhAN4Hn?auto=compress,format"></figure><p></p>]]></content:encoded>
