The intention of this system is for our clients to interact and share ideas on how to use ProWorkflow best.
We have had some clients in the past come to us asking about how other users of the tool have engaged in best practices. Of course, we have broad spanning advice on how to ensure all of your data is well structured, and easy to manage and report on. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide much by way of examples. If you wanted an example template from someone in your industry or a contact from someone in your industry, we can't provide that to you, as that is private client data.
As such, we'd like to provide a space for our clients to interact directly. If you work in events and would like to know how to best structure your projects to account for multiple set locations, another member of the events industry may be best placed to provide advice. If you're in a creative industry and want ideas on how to manage billable vs non-billable time, another member in your industry might be able to help!
This is not to say that our support team won't provide you with advice in these scenarios, only that someone using the tool in the exact same way as you intend to could be very well positioned to provide direct guidance on how to accomplish your goals.
Note that this system uses independent logins from ProWorkflow. This means that while you could list your name/your company's name, you can also use a pseudonym if you would rather keep your identity private.
We will moderate this platform, but our aim is not to provide advice here, but rather to let the wider ProWorkflow community offer their perspective.
